Job summary

RBC Insurance is seeking a self-motivated Field Sales Advisor to provide life, health and wealth planning to a growing referral network and new client acquisitions. You will prospect, build relationships, and deliver integrated insurance solutions with a client-first approach.

The role emphasizes proactive outreach, digital tools, and achieving sales targets while aligning with RBC’s trusted financial-institution goals. Training and support are provided to help you succeed.

Qualifications

Must have business development and prospecting skills with a goal‑oriented attitude
2+ years’ professional sales experience
Ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships
Life/A&S License (HLLQP/LLQP), or willingness to complete before start date
An existing network of referrals and approved centres of influence
Post‑secondary degree or equivalent
Digital literacy using a variety of systems and tools
Valid Canadian driver’s license and own vehicle for traveling to meet clients in area

Responsibilities
