Job summary

CAA Club Group in Thornhill (Ontario) invites applications for a Life Advisory Insurance Support Associate on a 12 Month Contract. You’ll support the underwriting process, prepare quotes, and help the sales team with applications while delivering outstanding customer care.

Ideal candidates hold post-secondary education in business/finance and are pursuing an insurance license, with a passion for growth in life insurance and client service. Training and a collaborative environment are provided.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Obtained or currently in progress of obtaining Insurance License
• Currently in the insurance industry or new graduates with the desired degrees or licenses.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update client records in the CRM system, ensuring that all information is current and accurate.
• Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements.
• Contact clients for renewal of Accidental Death and Health Plans
• Analyze data to identify trends and provide insights.

The Life Insurance Support Associate is the first point of contact for clients to answer questions, provide updates on their applications, and resolve any issues that arise during the underwriting process. They will also assist the life insurance sales team by preparing quotes, processing applications, and following up on pending cases.

What You Will Do

Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. Candidates with salary expectations outside of the range are encouraged to apply.
