CAA Insurance Company in Thornhill, ON is seeking a Life Insurance Agent for a 12-month contract. The role involves deciphering client needs, preparing and formatting life and health quotes, guiding applicants through the application process, and staying current with products from represented companies.

You will handle client objections, ensure sales activities comply with policies and regulations, and monitor the sales funnel to improve follow-ups and conversion rates.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Finance or a related field.
• Must have Insurance License and LLQP Designation.
• Experience in a previous Sales role.
• Experience selling life insurance is required.

The Licensed Insurance Agent will be responsible for deciphering life insurance needs and providing insurance plans to meet client needs. They will also guide clients through the application process, stay up to date on all products offered by represented companies, and accurately record and update client interactions and sales activities.

Salary range is not inclusive of total compensation. The expected salary range for this position will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level.
