Job summary

Royal City Recruitment Inc represents an in-office Associate Financial Advisor role in Brantford, Ontario. The position centers on life insurance specialization and outbound prospecting, with opportunities to grow life, group and wealth management products.

The successful candidate will identify prospects, assess client needs, and recommend suitable life insurance solutions while maintaining compliance. A LLQP license and a post-secondary degree are required; travel may be occasional.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree or diploma required.
• Life Insurance Licence (LLQP) required; Mutual Funds license is an asset.
• Provincial licensing requirements must be met/maintained.
• Minimum two years sales or related experience preferred.
• Knowledge of insurance products and underwriting is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Support development of agency operations through sales and profitable growth of life, group and wealth management products.
• Service and support the life, group and wealth management portfolio while adhering to compliance rules.
• Proactively complete client reviews focusing on life and wealth management products.
• Prospect and cross-sell all lines of business by completing needs analysis.
• Complete front-line risk assessment following underwriting guidelines.
• Develop annual marketing plans to meet goals in each product area.
• Respond to and resolve client questions and issues, elevate when needed.
