Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities through referrals, prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
• Conduct insurance reviews and financial protection discussions with prospective and existing clients.
• Assess client needs and recommend suitable life insurance, living benefits, and health insurance solutions.
• Educate clients on the importance of protection planning and help them make informed decisions.
• Build and maintain long‑term client relationships through proactive follow‑up and ongoing service.
• Collaborate with the agency team to identify opportunities within the existing client base.
• Meet or exceed individual sales and production goals.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards.
