Qualifications

• Willingness to obtain LLQP license with fully paid training and support.
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.
• No life insurance sales experience required (entry-level possible).
• Customer service or sales experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Own the phone and manage a high volume of warm leads via inbound and outbound calls.
• Master our life insurance products and translate complex info into simple, tailored solutions.
• Build lasting client relationships and be their go-to life insurance advisor.
• Hit targets in a fast-paced environment and strive to exceed goals.
• Stay compliant by coordinating with Quality Assurance to ensure high standards.
