Job summary

HCC is seeking a Property Manager / Licensed Realtor to lead leasing activity and tenant relations for a mixed portfolio in Mississauga. The role requires Ontario real estate licensure, own vehicle, and hands-on leasing and deal-administration experience. You will manage leases, coordinate with in-house teams, and drive a superior tenant experience.

Based at 3660 Hurontario Street, 9 a.m.–5 p.m. with annual salary of $65,000.

Qualifications

You hold a current Ontario real estate licence.
You have your own vehicle and leasing or property sales experience.
Hands-on real estate deal-administration experience including lease drafting/review and deposit handling.

Responsibilities

Generate and advance leasing opportunities; respond quickly to inquiries and negotiate terms.
Keep listings current on MLS and other channels (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji); improve listing presentation.
Aim for a five-minute response to new rental inquiries; manage leasing CRM.
Be the tenants’ main contact; coordinate solutions and communicate progress.
Walk the building daily; coordinate repairs, renovations, and cleaning.
Explain building issues to in-house team; assess when a trade is needed.
Draft/review leases; check rent and deposits; maintain transaction records.
Follow up on outstanding TMI increases and payments; keep next steps current.
Provide lease-term recommendations to Management for concessions.
