Hamilton Recruiting is assisting a family-owned commercial real estate company in Ottawa to hire a Leasing Manager. You will own the full leasing cycle, from offers to lease through renewals, and manage tenant relationships across a growing portfolio.

This role blends negotiating expertise with hands-on site coordination, reporting, and market analysis. The position emphasizes accuracy in lease language, relationship-building, and a proactive, collaborative approach within a close-knit office.

Qualifications

• At least two years of hands-on commercial leasing, property management, or brokerage experience.
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting lease language; accuracy is crucial.
• Excel proficiency; familiarity with Yardi and Ottawa market is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Own the full leasing cycle: offers to lease, leases, amendments, LOIs, and proposals.
• Track activity and correspondence; coordinate negotiations, renewals and terminations; show space.
• Manage tenant relationships and assist with fit-ups; coordinate trades and site inspections.
• Support service agreements, maintenance scheduling, and collections follow-up; keep listings online.
