Gulf Lake Realty is seeking a licensed Sales Representative to join our Sharon, East Gwillimbury, ON team. You will be the first contact for homebuyers and brokers, selling pre-construction and inventory homes and guiding clients from first visit to closing.

This full-time, commission-based role requires strong communication, negotiation skills, and familiarity with Tarion and CRM systems. Join a dynamic team at Great Gulf Realty Brokerage and drive growth in a competitive market.

Qualificações

• Must hold active RECO registration in Ontario.
• Willing to transfer registration to Great Gulf Realty Brokerage.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Experience with CRM or lead management systems.
• Familiarity with Tarion and new home warranty requirements.

Responsabilidades

• Present pre-construction and inventory condominium and freehold sales opportunities to clients and brokers.
• Advertise, market, and sell residential properties.
• Engage, manage, and develop relationships with clients.
• Coordinate inter-department staff and resources in completing responsibilities.
• Review, explain and sign agreements of purchase and sale, Tarion documents, amendments, etc.
• Negotiate terms, conditions and close deals on behalf of Great Gulf.
