Qualifications

• Valid BC Rental Property Management Representative Licence (BCFSA) is required.
• Minimum 3–5 years of residential property management experience.
• Experience managing multi-unit residential apartment communities.
• Strong knowledge of the Residential Tenancy Act (British Columbia).
• Experience preparing and managing operating budgets.
• Proven leadership and employee development experience.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence with access to a reliable vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of assigned residential communities throughout Burnaby and Vancouver.
• Ensure properties meet safety, maintenance and appearance standards.
• Conduct regular property inspections and coordinate improvements.
• Lead resident relations, leasing activity, and budget management.
• Manage vendor contracts, capital planning, and safety compliance.
