Qualificações

• Hold a valid BC property management license and have experience managing commercial and multifamily properties.
• Strong lease administration, rent collection, budgeting, and basic financial reporting skills.
• Experience with tenant relations and conflict resolution.
• Ability to coordinate building maintenance with contractors and vendors.
• Proficiency with property management software and maintaining digital records.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; organized and detail-oriented.
