Job summary

The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional practical nursing services to designated residents including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration within the health care team and participation in the coordination of resident care and discharge.

This position is 0.4 FTE - part-time with an indefinite term, days from 07:15 to 15:30, starting ASAP.

Qualifications

• Current active practicing registration with CLPNM.
• Graduate of approved Licensed Practical Nursing education program.
• Certificate in CPR; and
• Experience in gerontological Nursing.

• W.H.M.I.S. program.

This position is designated bilingual (French/English - AMSJ exempt.). All Nurses are hired for the facility. Employees may hold more than one position in different Actionmarguerite facilities, where the sum total of hours does not exceed 1.0 full-time equivalence.
