Actionmarguerite is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to provide professional nursing services to designated residents, collaborate with the care team, and participate in care coordination and discharge planning. The role is full-time days (07:15-15:30) in Winnipeg, with pay per MNU Collective Agreement, and assignments subject to change as needed.
Requirements include CLPNM registration, LPN diploma, CPR, and bilingual communication (French/English, English only for AMSJ).
The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides professional practical nursing services to designated residents including independent nursing services, administration of prescribed medical treatments, collaboration and interaction within the health care team and participation in the coordination of resident care and discharge. This position is designated bilingual (French/English - AMSJ exempt.). All Nurses are hired for the facility. Employees may hold more than one position in different Actionmarguerite facilities, where the sum total of hours does not exceed 1.0 full-time equivalence.
