The Licensed Practical Nurse:
Central Intake is a service providing a single point of contact for the public and healthcare providers for consultation or referral. Intake staff assist with questions about or referrals to available care and resources. It serves as the single access point for all new client referrals within Home Health programs from all sources.
This is a casual opportunity. Casual Employees are not guaranteed hours and may work from 0 to 37.5 hours per week on an as-needed basis.
Shifts will be scheduled days rotating from 08:30 to 16:30 hours.
