Job description

This position is based in Port Hardy, British Columbia, and is full-time with an entry-level seniority. The nurse will work under the direction of the Manager or designate, collaborating within a multidisciplinary team to perform assessments, plan and provide personal care, and execute nursing procedures in accordance with BC College of Nurses and Midwives standards and agency protocols.

Qualifications:

• Registration with BC College of Nurses and Midwives as a practicing LPN.
• Perinatal positions require additional certification or recent experience, including Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within the past 2 years.
• MHSU positions require additional education as outlined by BCCNM for mental health/substance use disorders.
