Job summary

Alberta Health Services in Wetaskiwin is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join an interprofessional health care team in Seniors Health - Long Term Care. You will provide safe, high quality, patient- and family-centred care under applicable legislation and organizational policies.

The role is a 0.40 FTE Temp Part-Time Benefits position based at Wetaskiwin Hospital & Care Ctr with shifts pattern including days, evenings, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
• CVAD, PVAD training.
• Minimum 2 years LTC experience.
