Job summary

Alberta Health Services is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join the Home Care team in Westlock. You’ll apply nursing processes, critical thinking, and clinical judgment to deliver patient- and family-centered care. You’ll be supported by a professional, interprofessional team in alignment with standards and policies.

The role is part-time, 0.70 FTE, with a shift pattern and relocation to Westlock Cont Care & Home Care. A criminal check and BCLS-HCP are required.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as an LPN with CLHA.
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support – Health Care Provider.
