Job summary

Alberta Health Services seeks a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for the SPC DN Day Surgery unit in Cold Lake. The role involves providing patient- and family-centred care within an interprofessional team, guided by nursing processes, standards, and policies.

Employment is Regular Part Time with a 0.50 FTE commitment, day shifts, and weekends off. Minimum two qualifications include completion of an accredited LPN program and active or eligible registration with CLHA, plus BCLS-HCP.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited practical nurse education program.
• Active or eligible for registration and a practice permit as a Licensed Practical Nurse with the College of LPNs and HCAs of Alberta (CLHA).
• Current Basic Cardiac Life Support - Health Care Provider (BCLS-HCP).
