AgeCare Ltd. is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join Arbutus Care Centre in Vancouver, BC. The LPN will work under the Director of Care to deliver goal-directed, patient-centered nursing care in line with provincial standards.

You will collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure residents receive high-quality, compassionate care that upholds dignity and well-being. Responsibilities include accurate assessments, care plan development, medication administration, infection

Qualifications

• Current LPN registration in the applicable province
• Experience in senior/long-term care is preferred
• CPR and First Aid certification current or willing to obtain
