Job summary

Enercare is seeking a Licensed Plumber for Cambridge, Ontario. You will diagnose, service, and install plumbing products in diverse environments with a strong focus on customer service and integrity.

The role requires a Gasfitter 2 License, a valid plumbing license, and at least two years of licensed experience. Overtime and weekend work may be required; candidate must pass a background check.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Gasfitter 2 License is required.
• Must possess a valid license to perform plumbing work as required by laws in the work area.
• Minimum of two years of licensed plumbing experience.
• Experience using standard plumber’s tools (snakes, wrenches, pipe threaders, hand and bench tools, power saws, pressure gauges).
• Able to read drawings/blueprints and understand designer’s intent.
• Strong communication, mechanical aptitude, and troubleshooting skills.
• Occasional overtime and weekend work may be required.
• Eligible for background check.

• The qualified candidate must have experience using standard plumber’s tools such as snakes, wrenches, pipe threaders, hand and bench tools, power saws, and pressure gauges.
• Must be able to interpret drawings and blueprints and be capable of understanding the designer’s intent.
• Strong communication skills, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to troubleshoot problems with plumbing systems and equipment.
• The ability to work occasional overtime and weekend hours as required.
• The successful incumbent must be able to meet the minimum requirements for our background check criteria.
