Specsavers Milton is hiring a Licensed Optician to guide customers through eyewear choices, ensuring comfort, style and correct prescriptions. You’ll dispense eyewear, perform measurements, and work with retail and clinical teams to deliver high-quality eyecare.

The role requires active engagement in customer service, accurate fitting, and staying up-to-date with promotions and products. Eligible to work in Canada, with opportunities for professional growth and flexible scheduling.

Qualifications

• Must be registered with the College of Opticians and hold a valid Dispensing Optician License in Ontario.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in an optical setting.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment, organized and resilient.
• Legal to work in Canada.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in understanding visual needs and interpreting prescriptions.
• Provide guidance on frames and lenses for comfort, fit and style.
• Dispense eyewear accurately using digital tools and perform quality checks.
• Maintain knowledge of frames, lenses, treatments, and current promotions.
