LensCrafters in Belleville, Ontario is seeking a Licensed Optician to deliver expert eyewear fittings, take precise measurements, and ensure prescription accuracy while delivering legendary customer service.

You will work with the latest eyewear technology, use an iPad/tablet for transactions, and help maintain a clean, organized store with strong product knowledge and a focus on customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• State licensure required to practice.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiar with current eyewear products and trends.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions in lenses.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Use technology accurately under time pressure and maintain product knowledge.
• Maintain store appearance and support safety and inventory tasks.
