LensCrafters is hiring a Licensed Optician who will deliver brand value and help position LensCrafters as the premier destination for vision care in the community. You will provide legendary customer service and craft high-quality eyewear that exceeds customer expectations.

The role requires state licensure, optical dispensing experience, and a strong ability to communicate with customers, measure accurately, and use technology efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• State Licensure required.
• Optical dispensing experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with POS, tablets and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and set expectations.
• Custom fit glasses and place prescriptions accurately.
• Lead in optical acumen and product knowledge.
• Record measurements and ensure eyewear meets standards.
• Assist team with complex product needs and prescriptions.
• Maintain store appearance and safety practices.
