Qualifications

• Registered with the College of Opticians and a valid provincial Dispensing Optician License.
• Minimum 2 years of customer service experience, preferably in optics.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced retail setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with visual needs and interpret optical prescriptions.
• Guide frame and lens selection for comfort and vision.
• Take dispensing measurements and perform quality checks.
• Maintain knowledge of frames, lenses, treatments, promotions.
• Handle after-care and resolve complaints.
• Support contact lens recommendations as directed.
• Handle third-party billing professionally.
• Coach colleagues on optical knowledge.
• Support store operations and inventory; uphold brand standards.
