Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State licensure or certification as an optician.
• Retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to sell through sales skills and achieve results.
• Ability to foster strong relationships with customers and doctors.
• Attention to store merchandising and detail.
• Adaptability and prioritization under pressure.
• Bachelor degree or equivalent in retail operations (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience (preferred).
• Experience with personal computers.

Responsibilities

• Drive store sales by fostering a retail selling culture and NECE.
• Fill ophthalmic prescriptions and fit lenses and frames.
• Conduct measurements and advise on lens options and frame selection.
• Train new associates on frame and lens selection.
• Ensure store merchandising per planogram and standards.
• Maintain accurate pricing, POS entries, and delivery quotes.
• Manage Managed Vision Care relationships and opportunities.
• Support marketing programs and promotions implementation.
