Job summary

Pearle Vision is seeking a Licensed Optician to join our neighborhood store team. You will delight customers by delivering accurate eyewear fittings, frame selection guidance, and precise lens measurements while upholding the Pearle Vision service standard.

In this full-time role, you will build relationships with associates and doctors, drive sales, and support merchandising, ensuring an exceptional in-store experience across the retail eyecare spectrum.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• State licensure or certification as an optician by a recognized association.
• Retail or customer service experience.
• Ability to sell through effective sales skills and meet sales targets.
• Clear and enthusiastic communication to meet/exceed customer and colleague expectations.
• Merchandising and attention to detail in-store.

Responsibilities

• Develop professional relationships with Associates and Doctors.
• Fill ophthalmic eyeglass prescriptions and fit lenses/frames and measure accurately.
• Conduct measurements and use tools for bridge, eyesize, etc.
• Ensure store merchandising adheres to Planogram and company standards.
• Support marketing programs and promotions and drive sales opportunities.
