Elliott Coach Lines in Breslau is seeking a Licensed Technician (Mechanic) to perform day-to-day preventative and post-incident repairs on a large fleet of commercial vehicles, including school buses and civilian class vehicles, reporting to the Shop Foreman.
The role requires diagnosing faults, performing brake and safety inspections, and maintaining safety policy compliance while coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, managers, and government agencies.
Elliott Coach Lines has a current opening in its Breslau shop. Additional responsibilities may also be required in Elmira.
Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the Licensed Technician (Mechanic) is responsible for the day-to-day preventative and post-incident repairs of a large fleet of commercial vehicles. This fast-paced, but diligent role will diagnose and carry out all repairs for mechanical issues and problems discovered in various commercial School Buses and civilian class vehicles. The incumbent will maintain a strong sense of customer service while interacting with various stakeholders, School Bus Drivers, Dispatchers, Managers, Peer Mechanics, Apprentices and Governmental Agencies.
$38.00 - $40.97 per hour
