Student Transportation of Canada in Timmins is hiring a licensed 310T Mechanic to join our fleet maintenance team. The role covers day-to-day preventative and post-incident repairs for a large fleet of school buses and civilian class vehicles, reporting to the Shop Foreman.
Expect to work Monday through Friday with day shifts, focusing on safety, teamwork, and excellent customer service while coordinating with drivers, dispatchers, managers, peers, and government agencies.
Leuschen Transportation is currently hiring licensed 310T Mechanics to join our team in Timmins. Reporting to the Shop Foreman, the Mechanic is responsible for the day-to-day preventative and post incident repairs of a large fleet of commercial vehicles. This fast paced, but diligent role will diagnose and carry out all repairs for mechanical issues and problems discovered in various commercial School Buses and civilian class vehicles. The incumbent will maintain a strong sense of customer service while interacting with various stakeholders including, School Bus Drivers, Dispatchers, Managers, Peer Mechanics, Apprentices and Governmental Agencies.
Shifts are Monday through Friday - 6:00 am to 3:00 pm or 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
Wage: $47.50 per hour
