Job summary

Armour Transportation Systems in Sydney, Nova Scotia is seeking Licensed Mechanics to join our team. You will perform maintenance and repairs to trucking equipment in a safety-conscious, fast-paced shop environment, with opportunities for career advancement.

The role offers a $1000 sign-on bonus, competitive hourly pay, safety and tool allowances, and a comprehensive benefits program. Red Seal certification is required, and familiarity with tankers, dry vans, reefers or welding is an asset.

Qualifications

• Red Seal certification as a truck and/or trailer mechanic.
• Experience as a B620 inspector is an asset.
• Strong mechanical knowledge and diagnostic skills.
• Proficiency with computers.
• High level of professionalism and teamwork.
• Experience with tankers, trucks, dry vans, reefers or welding is an asset.

Responsibilities

What You Bring to the Table:
