Job summary

Foresters Financial in Ontario is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor to sell life and critical illness insurance to consumers. You will identify client needs, provide information, answer inquiries, and complete applications while staying compliant.

The role requires bilingual English and French, call-center experience preferred, and a proven sales background. The starting base salary is CAD 40,000 with a discretionary incentive plan based on performance.

Qualifications

• Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses; Quebec license mandatory.
• Prior call center experience preferred.
• Proven sales background.
• Able and willing to follow scripts and regulations.
• Fully bilingual in English and French in both verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.
• Post-secondary school graduate or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Starting Salary

The actual base salary for this position will depend on several factors, including job-related skills, experience, and education. In addition to base pay, eligible employees may participate in a discretionary variable incentive plan, results are subject to both individual and company performance.
