Foresters Financial Services, Inc. is seeking a Licensed Insurance Advisor in Toronto to sell life and critical illness insurance, identify client needs, and guide applications while maintaining compliance.

The role requires provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses, bilingual English–French communication, call center experience preferred, and a proven sales background; base salary starts at $40,000 with eligibility for incentives.

Qualifications

• Must hold Provincial Life and Accident & Sickness licenses (Quebec license mandatory).
• Call center experience is preferred.
• Proven sales background.
• Able to follow scripts and regulations.
• Fully bilingual in English and French (verbal and written).

Responsibilities

• Provide advice and needs analysis, and complete sales applications
• Accurately record prospect feedback in an online system
• Meet sales targets and quality measures monthly, quarterly and annually
• Regularly communicate with prospects and clients through verbal and written modes of communication
• Support various marketing and/or sponsor campaigns
• Sell and service life insurance products sold by Canada Protection Plan
• Continue to keep life insurance licensing in good standing
• Other duties as required
