Qualifications

• Must be a fully licensed Technician.
• Valid Canadian driver’s license and ability to provide driving abstract.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform work as outlined with efficiency and accuracy.
• Ensure work meets dealership and factory standards.
• Communicate with parts to obtain needed parts and tag if warranty.
• Inspect vehicles to identify needed safety or service work.
• Inform Service Advisor of additional work or if work cannot be completed on time.
• Road-test vehicles to verify quality after service.
• Train apprentices as assigned.
• Attend factory-sponsored training and stay updated on bulletins.
• Keep customers' cars clean and shop area safe.
• Follow safety policies and report accidents.
• Assist in creating quotes for extra work.
• Keep up with online training.
