Job summary

Dilawri Group of Companies is seeking a Licensed Service Technician to join the team at 401 Dixie Nissan in Mississauga. The role offers a competitive pay rate of $34–$40 per hour and opportunities to work with a broad range of automotive brands.

Responsibilities include performing repairs, diagnostics, warranty qualification, and delivering quality workmanship while maintaining safety and customer communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in a fast-paced automotive service environment.
• Valid 310S license and G license.
• Strong aptitude for technical and mechanical repairs with up-to-date automotive knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Perform repairs and maintenance following industry standards and manufacturer guidelines.
• Conduct inspections and diagnostics to identify malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Utilize advanced diagnostic equipment to pinpoint problems.
• Collaborate with service advisors to communicate repair recommendations to customers.
• Qualify vehicles for warranty coverage prior to repairs.
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Stay up to date on latest industry trends and vehicle technology.
• Complete repair orders accurately and maintain a clean workspace.

• Stay sharp and up to date on latest industry trends, vehicletechnology, and repair techniques


• Complete repair orders accurately and in a timely manner.


• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications:

• Experienced Technicians with 3+ years in a fast-paced environmentand a valid 310S license


• Valid G license


• Dealership and brand specific knowledge are beneficial.


• Strong aptitude of technical/mechanical repairs.


• Knowledge of the latest automotive technology and advancements.


• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.


• Effective communication skills with customers and team members.
