Job summary

Cardinal Kia | Northern Roads Auto Group is hiring a licensed Automotive Body Technician (310B) for our Niagara Falls location. Work in a brand-new, state-of-the-art facility with 20+ service bays and a dedicated 5,000-square-foot body shop, applying your collision repair expertise to high-quality workmanship.

You will assess damage, repair and align body panels, follow Kia procedures, and collaborate with a skilled team to maintain efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• Must hold Valid Ontario 310B Auto Body and Collision Damage Repairer Certificate.
• Experience in automotive collision repair or body shop environment.
• Strong knowledge of collision repair procedures and vehicle construction.
• Ability to follow manufacturer repair procedures and industry best practices.
• Detail-oriented with high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Team-oriented and able to thrive in a fast-paced setting.
• Commitment to safety and professionalism.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality collision repairs and automotive bodywork in accordance with Kia manufacturer specifications and industry standards.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine appropriate repair methods and procedures.
• Repair, replace, and align damaged body panels, structural components, and related parts as required.
• Complete metalwork, panel repairs, and other body repairs with precision and attention to detail.
• Use modern body shop equipment, tools, and repair systems to complete work safely and efficiently.
• Follow manufacturer repair procedures and applicable safety and environmental regulations.
• Collaborate with the Body Shop Manager, estimators, parts personnel, painters, and fellow technicians to maintain an efficient workflow.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in our brand-new body shop.
• Complete repairs within established timelines while consistently meeting quality standards.
• Identify additional damage or repair concerns and communicate findings to the appropriate team members.
• Take ownership of repair quality and ensure every vehicle meets the expected standard before leaving the shop.
