Job summary

The 401 Group is hiring a skilled 310S Technician at Kingston Kia in Kingston, ON. You will perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and warranty checks while delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Required: 310S license, valid G license with clean record, high school diploma. Kia experience is a plus and on-site parking is available.

Qualifications

• 310S license required.
• Kia experience is an asset.
• Valid G driver's license with clean record.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance (engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotations, balancing, filter changes).
• Determine if additional warranty or service work is needed by inspecting vehicles.
• Ensure vehicles qualify for warranty prior to repairs.
• Conduct road tests using safe driving standards.
• Provide excellent customer service and clear communication.
• Maintain a clean, organized, hazard-free service shop.
• Multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintain and update vehicle service records.

We’re looking for a skilled and motivated 310S Technician to join the team at Kingston Kia—someone who’s passionate about automotive excellence and ready to take their career to the next level in a fast-paced, innovative environment

Location: 2820 Princess St, Kingston ON (Kia)

Wage: $40 per hour + $2,000 Signing Bonus

What You Will Be Doing:

• Completing preventative maintenance such as, engine tune-ups, oil changes, tire rotation and changes, wheel balancing, replacing filters.
• Determining if additional safety or service work is required by thoroughly examining vehicles
• Ensure all vehicles qualify for warranty prior to performing warranty repairs
• Performing road tests using safe driving standards
• Excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills both verbal and written
• Ensure the service shop is maintained in a clean, organized, hazard-free manner
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Maintains vehicle records by recording service and repairs.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Applicant must possess a 310S License
• Kia experience isconsidered an asset
• Valid G Driver’s License with a clean driver’s abstract
• High School Diploma or equivalent
