Job summary

Bayfield Ford Lincoln, part of The Humberview Group, is seeking a 310S Licensed Technician or Level 4 Apprentice to join Barrie’s high-performing service team. You’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain vehicles to manufacturer standards while delivering exceptional customer service.

Qualifications

• Perform diagnostics, repairs and maintenance with precision.
• Experience in automotive technician role.
• Valid driver's license is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections efficiently and accurately.
• Diagnose the source of malfunctions and perform repair.
• Identify root causes of vehicle malfunctions and complete repairs to manufacturer standards.
• Confirm warranty eligibility before performing warranty repairs.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team
• Examine vehicles to determine if additional safety or service work is required.
• Perform road tests using safe driving standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
