Compensation ranges from $36 to $42 per flat rate hour plus bonus, with extensive benefits, training, and career growth across 20 stores and 18 brands. We value teamwork and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid 310S Automotive Service Technician license.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Dealership experience required.
• Experience with German brands preferred.
• Experience in a technician role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform vehicle maintenance, repairs, and inspections accurately.
• Diagnose malfunctions and perform repairs.
• Identify root causes and complete manufacturer-standard repairs.
• Confirm warranty eligibility before warranty work.
• Communicate repair recommendations clearly with the service team.
• Inspect vehicles for additional safety or service needs.
• Conduct road tests and maintain a clean, safe workspace.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
