Lenovo is seeking graduates for the Accelerated Sales Rotational (LASR) Program in Toronto, Ontario. This full-time, two-year development program offers hands-on experience across multiple business functions, with rotations in both sales and technical tracks focused on AI-ready infrastructure and enterprise solutions.
Upon completion, participants may become Sales Specialist or Sales Engineer. Two-year commitment includes training, mentorship, and exposure to Lenovo executive leadership.

The Lenovo Accelerated Sales Rotational (LASR) Program is a full-time, two-year rotational development program designed for recent graduates interested in building a career in technology sales and Enterprise AI solutions. Associates will gain hands‑on experience across multiple business functions while developing consultative selling, technical expertise, and customer engagement skills.

PAY TRANSPARENCY
The anticipated annual compensation range for this position is44,467–68,184 CAD. Final compensation will be based on relevant experience, skills, and business considerations.
