Job Description
  • Assist relevant stakeholders with legal administrative filing, submission, and reporting of legal data.
  • Set up, organize, and maintain filing systems (paper and electronic) according to applicable procedures and standards.
  • Liaise and coordinate with external service providers when necessary.
  • Record, distribute, and monitor deadlines for the legal team.
  • Manage office correspondences, including emails, phone calls, and mail, efficiently and promptly.
  • Plan and schedule appointments, conferences, meetings, and travel arrangements.
  • Manage payments of invoices and monitor budgets.
  • Support the team with signing and document requests.
  • Maintain communication with other departments.
  • Support the team with all administrative functions.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree graduate.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative matters.
  • Prior experience at a law firm is an advantage.
  • Able to handle a wide range of matters with minimal supervision.
  • Excellent communication and time management skills.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information effectively.
  • Team player.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Fluent in English, both oral and written.
