General Administrator - 12 Month Contract

The Role

This position is responsible for providing underwriting staff with administrative duties to enhance service levels.

Provide Support for Mortgage Originations through all phases of the Underwriting process:

  1. Allocation of incoming documents from brokers & solicitors on a variety of systems
  2. Identify the inbound documents and assigning accordingly to deals for all brands
  3. Carry out additional assigned administrative duties with integrity and responsibility
  4. Carry out additional assigned project duties with integrity and responsibility

Productivity: SLA - Document Allocation Objectives:

  1. Target: - Tasks completed within 1 hour
  2. Target Plus: Tasks completed within 1.5 hrs
  3. Outstanding: Tasks completed within 1 hour
