Job Description
Position Overview:
Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, the Human Resources Associate provides administrative and technical support for a variety of Human Resources functions. The incumbent will handle operations, support various HR administrative functions including but not limited to: meeting with new staff to guide or answer questions related to on-boarding, supporting employees going on or returning from leave of absence, answering questions about HR process, benefits or general HR questions, process employee transactions, calculate seniority, prepare reports, and provide front desk and employee helpline support among other responsibilities
The successful candidate will be required to work on-site and may be scheduled at any of the SHN hospital sites based on departmental needs.
