Job summary

Broadstreet Properties Ltd is seeking a Leasing and Sales Specialist to drive leasing across multiple residential communities. You will engage prospective residents by phone, email, text, chat and CRM, build relationships, identify housing needs and create urgency for available rentals.

The role rewards proactive, target-driven sales professionals who excel at rapport and influencing decisions over the phone. Join a team focused on occupancy and revenue goals.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, leasing, customer service or related customer-facing role is preferred.
  • Proven ability to work in a target-driven environment and convert leads via phone and digital channels.
  • Strong communication, rapport-building, objection-handling and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, resilient and able to manage multiple prospects and priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, call tools, email, chat/text platforms and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound leasing inquiries.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to new, existing and dormant leads.
  • Perform needs assessments and qualify prospects.
  • Present community features, amenities, promotions, and suite options persuasively.
  • Overcome objections and guide prospects toward booking a viewing.
  • Schedule and confirm property tours with on-site leasing teams.
  • Re-engage cancelled or inactive prospects.
  • Manage portfolio-wide pipelines to ensure no lead is unattended.
  • Maintain accurate lead, pipeline and activity records.
  • Support occupancy, revenue and leasing targets through disciplined sales activity.

Job description

The Leasing and Sales Specialist serves as the sales engine of the leasing process by managing the prospect pipeline frominitialinquiry through to scheduled viewing. Working across multiple residential communities, the specialist engages prospective residents through phone, email, text, chat, and CRM platforms to build relationships,identifyhousing needs, and create urgency around available rental opportunities.

The successful candidate is a highly motivated sales professional who thrives in a target-driven environment and excels at building rapport and influencing decisions over the phone.

Your contribution to the team includes:

What you need to be successful:

  • Strong communication, rapport-building, objection-handling, and follow-up skills.
  • Organized, resilient, and comfortable managing multiple prospects, communities, and priorities.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems, call tools, email, chat/text platforms, and Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to maintain accurate lead, pipeline, activity, and reporting records.
  • Knowledge of residential leasing processes, applications, promotions, and suite availability is an asset.

You will be eligible to receive salary starting from $50,000 to $55,000 per annum, this will be determined by your skill set, education and experience.
