The successful candidate will balance field showings with paperwork, maintain tenant relationships, and ensure timely reporting. Prior leasing experience and a valid driver’s license are required; Yardi knowledge is an asset.

Qualifications

• Must have experience in apartment leasing.
• Experience in sales or customer service is an asset.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Exceptional planning and organization abilities.
• Willing to work 5 days a week, including month-ends and start of month.

Responsibilities

• Receive and handle leasing inquiries from prospective customers.
• Lease suites to achieve high occupancy rates.
• Present properties and amenities positively to tenants.
• Schedule showings and balance field work with office duties.
• Negotiate terms and collect required information for approvals.
• Submit applications to head office and complete related paperwork.
• Ensure proper move-ins and maintain property standards.
• Prepare vacancy reports and track shown units.
