Pacific Cove Properties in Surrey, BC, is seeking Leasing Specialists to support the lease-up of Solero, a new purpose-built rental community. You'll guide prospective residents from initial inquiry and tours through application screening and lease signing, delivering an exceptional leasing experience.

Ideal candidates have a passion for service, excellent communication, and the ability to work evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Experience in leasing, hospitality, or customer service is an asset.
• Post-secondary education or related training preferred.
• Successful candidates may join leasing team based on strengths.

Responsabilidades

• Guide residents from inquiry to lease signing.
• Deliver an outstanding leasing experience.
• Respond to rental inquiries promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate records and administrative processes.
• Present properties and marketing materials to a high standard.
• Collaborate with the leasing team to meet occupancy goals.
• Adhere to policies and the Residential Tenancy Act.
