Qualifications

Resident Ambassador

About the Leasing Specialist opportunity: As our frontline liaison, build strong relationships and deliver excellence by addressing concerns to maintain resident satisfaction.

Leasing Champion

Own the leasing process from initial inquiry to onboarding of new residents. Proactively monitor vacancies and achieve leasing targets.

Operations Guru

Collect payments, inspect the property, and facilitate resident moves and maintenance requests.

What You Need To Succeed

• 1-2 years’ experience in customer service, sales, office administration, or a related field.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient with MS Office; SAP knowledge is an asset.
• Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings and weekends when needed.
• Proven ability to address concerns and meet performance targets.
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license, clean driver abstract, reliable, insured transportation may be required for some locations.
