Role Summary:

The Leasing will be handle revenue reports, cash flow-aging, collection and outstanding status, occupancy rate and tenant mix report. Must be able to perform monthly checks and validate tenants sales update with their POS terminal. Also has to manage the lease agreeement progress report and be able to alert and support team members on the documents flow.

Responsibilities:

• Provide within the week after receiving from Finance with accuracy:

a. Revenue Projections reports

b. Cash Flow - Aging, Collection and Outstanding status reports

c. Occupancy Rate report

• Manage the lease agreemtn process by updating the progress report/status and be able to alert and support team members during the documents flow
• Ability to proof all contracted documents including Lease Agreement and Letters to be approved by Management and be able to communicate clearly to management on areas of concern
• Able to prepare Propose Offers and Floor Plan for prospect tenants
• Follow up on all Legal documents requested by tenants including NDA, POA and etc. · Follow up on Agent’s appointments & documents process
• Verify Tenant Sales data by comparing their report vs POS

Requirements :

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor Degree
• At least 3 years of Retail Mall Leasing experience preferred
• Must have Big picture and understand and strong supporter of team priorities
• Proactive, takes initiative, driven and quick learner
• Attention to detail and able to data validate so as to maintain data integrity
• Also possesses logical thinking and able to apply into reporting output
• Able to understand legal contracts and proof them for accuracy and clear in highlighting to Management
• Excellent time management skills and able to handle heavy workloads with time sensitive deadlines
• Ability to work well with others within team and across multiple organizations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
