Job summary

Starlight Investments in London, Ontario, is seeking a leasing specialist for a six-month contract to deliver superior customer service to prospective residents and help achieve high occupancy.

You will set up open houses, book appointments, show properties, perform credit checks, and complete rental paperwork while traveling within Canada as needed. The ideal candidate has two years of sales experience, a valid driver's license, access to a vehicle, and proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and email.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of direct work experience in a sales capacity.
• Access to a vehicle.
• Valid Driver’s license.
• Computer literacy, including effective working skills of MS Word, Excel, and e‑mail required.
• Professional, responsive, and positive work attitude is essential.
• Superior telephone manners and excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills to communicate with all levels of the organization.
• High degree of resourcefulness, flexibility, and adaptability.
• Excellent teamwork and team building skills.
• Ability to interpret and implement company policies and procedures.
• Previous experience in handling confidential or sensitive information.
• Strong organizational, time management and multitasking skills.
• High level of sound and independent judgment, reasoning, and discretion.
