CAPREIT is a residential property management leader seeking a Leasing Specialist to be the frontline liaison with residents, addressing concerns to ensure satisfaction.
You will own the leasing cycle from inquiry to onboarding, monitor vacancies, and strive to hit leasing targets. A driver's license and vehicle access are required for travel between properties; evenings and weekends may be necessary. CAPREIT offers growth, mentorship, and competitive benefits.

The successful candidate must be available to work Sunday 9:00am to 5:00pm and Monday to Thursday 10:00am to 6:00pm, possess a valid driver's license, and have access to a personal vehicle for work-related travel. Mileage and other approved travel expenses will be reimbursed.

Collect payments, inspect the property and facilitate resident moves and maintenance request.
