Job summary

MHB Group is seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to lead leasing activities for a commercial office portfolio in the GTA. You will drive occupancy, optimize rental revenue and support portfolio performance through strong market insights and established broker/tenant relationships.

Reporting to senior leadership, you will negotiate leases, renewals and TI approvals, coordinating with Property Management, Construction and Finance to execute lease agreements and tenant improvements.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of commercial leasing experience, with a strong focus on office properties.
• Proven experience negotiating commercial leases and managing transactions from initial discussions through execution.
• Strong understanding of GTA office leasing markets, rental structures and lease economics.
• Established relationships within the commercial brokerage and tenant community.
• Excellent negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Self-motivated, commercially astute and comfortable managing multiple leasing transactions simultaneously.

Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced Leasing Manager to join an established commercial real estate owner/operator with a portfolio of office / retail properties across the GTA.

Reporting to senior leadership, the Leasing Manager will be responsible for driving leasing activity, maximizing occupancy and rental revenue, and supporting the overall performance of the office portfolio.
