Audi Downtown Vancouver is currently looking to fill the position of a Delivery Specialist.

As a Delivery Specialist, your goal is to create a customer-centered experience that goes above and beyond when delivering purchased vehicles at the dealership and looking after the process from sales to customer service.

Your contribution:

• Perform delivery paperwork
• Coordinate with Finance office and arrange deliveries
• Explain features and benefits of vehicle to customer at time of delivery
• Inspect vehicles prior to delivery
• Arrange accessories with Parts Department/Customers
• Offer re-delivery with customers
• Follow up after delivery is completed to ensure no questions have arisen
• Maintain and achieve the sales and guest satisfaction objectives set by management
• Be enthusiastic & knowledgeable about the brand

• Previous Automotive Experience
